I’ve always believed that a home is more than a place you live — it’s a living, breathing extension of who you are. My work began long before I ever called it a career: in childhood collages, in my obsession with color and texture, in the way I rearranged every room I ever stepped into. Over the years, that natural instinct has evolved into The Lia Collective — a boutique development and design company rooted in soul, story, and timeless beauty.

I develop, design, and style boutique homes throughout Southern California, blending old-world European charm with warm, modern California sensibilities. My aesthetic is deeply layered: think textured plaster walls, vintage-meets-modern silhouettes, quiet luxury, and spaces designed to capture life’s most meaningful moments — from dancing in the kitchen to hosting family dinners around a long, inviting table.

I approach every project as an artist first. Each home is a narrative, crafted with intention and built to feel lived-in from the moment you step inside. I believe in soulful details, natural materials, thoughtful proportion, and creating environments that feel as good as they look. My goal is always the same: to design a feeling — one that laps into all the senses and elevates the way you live.
